I've loved taking care of dogs since the day my family got my childhood fur baby. I grew up taking care of her and even spent a year working at a doggy day care, boarding, and grooming facility. There, I took care of all types of dogs, big or small, young or old. Now, having moved away from family, I miss having a dog of my own around, and I'm excited to take care of and show love to your furry friend.

We loved having Katelyn stay with our pup, Rory, while we were away! She was very reliable, communicative, and friendly! Rory absolutely loved her. She kept us informed throughout her stay with great updates and pictures. She also left our home cleaner than she found it! We would love to have her watch Rory again!

Katelyn has, in spades, all the attributes you’d want in a sitter. But I get the sense that principal among them is how much she cares and loves pets. I never have any doubt that our dogs are safe and loved while we’re gone.
Communicative, respectful, thoughtful, and above all, caring for animals - these are traits Katelyn has in spades. We felt so comfortable for our whole trip because of how Katelyn approached house sitting and updating us. We will 100% be looking to her for help whenever the need arises.

I'm currently a medical student at Duke with a flexible class schedule, so I have lots of time for snuggles, study break walks and play time with dogs! I'm best equipped to take care of dogs that can be left alone for a couple hours at a time if I have a class, but much of my work is remote, and I would love to keep your furry friend company during that time.

I live in a very pet-friendly apartment building with a nature loop and plenty of sidewalks for walking, as well as 2 fenced-in dog parks. Whether your dog likes to be social or prefers to be alone, there's a space for them here.
A typical day
I love to hang out with your dog in whatever ways they prefer, whether that's walking or running outside, snuggling on the couch, or playing with their favorite toy.
