I’m a stay-at-home parent to my toddler and 9 furbabies (1 dog and 8 cats). As such, I unfortunately cannot do overnight stays outside of my own home. Thank you for understanding ❤️

Please understand that I *cannot* provide care *in MY home* for animals that have aggressive behaviors. At your residence, I can work with you. I have indoor and outdoor cameras. I have a fenced-in backyard, crates of all sizes, and a professional dog wash station in my basement. All of my animals are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and medication, microchipped, and inside-only. I regularly treat the backyard with insecticide during the warmer months to prevent fleas and ticks.

Breed preferences: I am experienced with large and small breeds, and I love all animals. I don’t discriminate when it comes to breeds. What I need to know: Your pets’ current feeding schedule. Any special needs/care required, medical or otherwise. Please remember that honesty is the best policy, and I need to know about any destructive or aggressive behaviors your pet(s) may have. I can work with aggressive animals and have experience doing so, but I MUST be informed prior to booking! Please note that I cannot bring pets with aggressive or destructive behaviors inside my home, as I have a small child and many cats. ⚠️ The following may seem to be “stating the obvious,” but unfortunately I have had experiences that necessitates stating these policies: Animal abuse as defined by law will be documented and reported to local authorities. I will NOT provide care in homes with active infestations of cockroaches, fleas, or bedbugs. I will cancel services to clients who do not adhere to these policies. Upon cancellation, I am obligated to inform Rover of the reason(s) for cancellation. ⚠️

We have a fenced in backyard to run and play in. We have plenty of toys for dogs AND cats! I also have various treat puzzles for the furbabies who like an intellectual challenge.

Sorry for the rate increases 😞 Unfortunately, Rover changed their fee rate so they take 20% from sitters; I adjusted my rates to account for that loss. I’ve been a pet sitter officially since 2015 but I have loved and cared for animals my entire life! I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. I have also cared for rabbits, ferrets, horses, mules, and chickens in my time as a pet sitter. I have experience with elderly animals and disabled dogs/cats. Got an anxious or shy furbaby? That’s my specialty! Over the years I’ve had so many people tell me their pets don’t do well with strangers, and that they were shocked that their pets took to me. For the longest time I thought folks were pulling my leg but it’s true :) Meet my furbabies: I have 1 female dog (Shadow), 3 male cats (Mr. Cow, Julian, and Me-Mow) and 5 female cats (Neva, Spicy, Eight, Cake, and Babykitty). All of our pets are inside-only, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Shadow gets Interceptor Plus once a month. Our backyard is fenced in and I regularly treat the yard with insecticide during the warm months. On the occasion that I get a booking request outside of my service area, I may have to add an additional fee for travel/time — which I will let you know beforehand during the booking process. Katelyn has been so good to our Kitties! Even in the midst of the medical issues we are going through, we are so blessed to have invited her into our home 🏠
Once again, she did wonderful with my cats. I don't know if Hammy was happy the entire time, but he's happy enough now.
We couldn’t be happier with Kaitlyn! She is one of four people that our youngest cat will actually come out and interact with. On top of that she stayed up on our oldest cats medication and made sure we were updated every visit. The picture she took of them were amazing! Made it slightly more bearable being away from home.
Katelyn was so accommodating and took amazing care of our dog. 10/10
