Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions and take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs. During visits, I ensure your pet has fresh food and water, a clean litter box (when applicable), and plenty of attention. I also treat your home with respect, keeping things clean and tidy so you can return with peace of mind.

Five stars! Katelyn watched our cat Dan for 10 days and was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, deeply caring, and she sent lots of great photos. She stayed for at least 30 minutes for all 20 drop-in visits and followed all of our instructions to the letter. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
This was our first time using Rover, and Katelyn’s patience and professionalism put all of our early concerns to rest. She was punctual for every visit and took wonderful care of our two cats — playing with them and giving them plenty of attention each time. She even helped Maodou with a little grooming issue. When one of the cats threw up a hairball on our sofa, Katelyn handled the incident and cleaned up the mess without us having to ask. She was also happy to bring in packages and take out the trash. Thank you so much, Katelyn!

Katelyn was communicative, timely, and so sweet to our kitty! This was the first time we left our cat alone after adopting her two months ago and Katelyn made us feel completely at ease. She sends lots of pictures and communicates any changes to her schedule. Would recommend her to anybody!
