Hi, I’m Kate! I have recently relocated back to Toronto! I have a deep love for animals and always strive to create meaningful and genuine connections. I have worked in many sectors of animal care and came to the realization that quality care is not always offered, which is why I have taken it upon myself to provide just that. I have experience in many different animal-care settings and utilize my knowledge to create a safe, playful, and nurturing environment. My home is entirely pet-safe and equipped with everything needed to host your animal! There are plenty of parks, green spaces, and enclosed areas nearby for playing fetch and running around with friends. I spend much of the day outdoors and am often told how tired the pets in my care are at the end of the day. I understand that it is not easy leaving your pet with a stranger so I always make sure to send frequent updates, pictures, and videos of them throughout their stay. I assure you that your pet will be in loving and experienced hands! ❤️ Some of my professional experience includes: - Grooming, bathing, and trimming animal hair + nails. - Administrating medication, eye drops, creams, etc. - Educated on how to maintain healthy diets and lifestyles. - Experienced in dog-training tactics; I am happy to share my perspectives and suggestions. - Have been employed in various veterinarian offices as a Vet Assistant. - Worked at the Toronto Humane Society as a Pet Support Agent for Admissions and Re-homing. - Worked at numerous Doggy Daycares and applied the knowledge I gained there to create my own pet daycare! - I have also been a pet owner of cats, dogs, and small animals for my entire life! I operate my in-home-pet-daycare full time which means I am dedicating all of my time and energy towards ensuring your babies have a fun-filled, tiring, and safe stay! :) I am available for dog walking and pet drop-ins any time or day of the week! Daycare and boarding services are available at any time by request. I can do same-day requests! I am very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times so if you need to arrive early or pick up late, that is no problem at all. I look forward to getting to know you and your fur baby! Katelyn was great with Bruno! We had a few long work days and needed him to be taken out midday. She followed all instructions and communicated well with lots of photos to show how their walks went! Would highly recommend.

Katelyn is fantastic! Very accommodating, trust worthy and communicative. She really cares for our little pooch which always put us at ease. Definitely recommend.
Katelyn was a great communicator, and very patient and flexible about my weird schedule. Ham looked like she had a lot of fun during the drop in!

Taking care of your fur babies is my full-time job! I will be with them 24/7 to play and serve their every whim and need!

I have lots of toys and space for the animals to play! I have everything they would need for a visit! I also have crates if you are crate training at night :)
Pets
A typical day
I like to take dogs out on long walks to tire them out! There are plenty of fields, enclosed dog parks, and private spaces nearby for them to play off-leash if owners are comfortable with that. I have many different toys and mentally stimulating activities for them to engage in at home. After all the activity I am guilty of wanting to have lots of snuggles with the fur babies, but if they want to relax by themselves, I suppose that's okay too.

- Please let me know if your dog has any behavioural challenges (such as food or toy aggression), medications, or dietary restrictions! If you are currently training them I would also love to know what you are working on, where they are at, etc. so that I can be sure to emulate what you are doing at home. If you have any specific rules you want them to follow while in my care (such as sitting before we leave/enter the house, staying off the bed, etc.) please let me know. Consistency is key! Any information is always appreciated, relevant or otherwise. ❤️
