Katelyn can care for
Availability
I work autonomously, so I’m very flexible with your schedule and your pet’s needs. I can adjust walk timing, distance, and terrain to match your dog’s energy level. With your permission, I’m also happy to drive to a local park or hiking trail to take your dog for a more active outing if that’s what they enjoy.

Safety, trust & environment
I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own. I follow bathroom, feeding, and walk routines closely to keep your pet comfortable and secure. For your peace of mind—and because I love doing it—I’ll send cute photo updates of your dog enjoying their walk, playtime, or whatever they need that day.
Information Katelyn A. would like to know about your pet
What I’d Like to Know Before Walks & Visits • Your pet’s daily routine Feeding schedule, potty schedule, preferred walk times. • Energy level & activity needs Are they high-energy, moderate, or more low-key? • Behavior notes Any reactivity? Shy? Nervous with strangers? Pull on leash? Jumping? Resource guarding? • Favorite things Treats, toys, games, walking pace, sniff time preferences. • Training cues you use Sit, stay, wait, heel, “leave it,” recall words, etc. (I want to stay consistent with what YOU do.) • Medical needs Meds, allergies, mobility issues, recent surgeries, or anything that needs extra attention. • Leash/walk preferences Harness vs. collar, where supplies are kept, whether you prefer neighborhood walks, yard time, or play indoors on bad weather days. • Social preferences Do they like meeting other dogs on walks? Or should we keep distance? • Crate use or calming routines If they are crated when I leave, how you normally do it. • Home access instructions Where to enter, alarms, and where you want me to lock up.
A typical day
I enjoy staying active with the dogs I care for — walks, hikes, and fun enrichment are some of my favorite ways to connect. While I love the motto ‘a tired dog is a good dog,’ I also know every animal has different needs. I’ll always adjust our activity level to whatever keeps your pet happy, safe, and comfortable.
