She is a very sweet young lady. I was not happy that my dog was left in a crate for more than 10 hours. His bed was full of pee and my laundry room. Was full of pee too.
Well my advice to anyone who loves their pets to NEVER use Katlin. We hired her to watch our senior Yorkie and 6 year old Yorkie for 5 days and 4 nights. Due to the fact that we have cameras in our house, we were able to see that she only stayed 1 night, she left our precious babies in the puppy playpen one time for 21 hours . Then came and stayed an hour. Then left them for 19 hours! Think about that- no potty, no water!! To say I’m livid is an understatement. I wish she could be pinned up like she left our precious babies. Who DOES that!!?!? The company has been absolutely NO help. But we have contacted an attorney who will help us. The mental anguish of being 1000 miles away and not being able to rescue them is indescribable. Needless to say I lost sleep and the vacation was ruined.
