Welcome to The Merle Manor! For our regulars, welcome back! And for our new clients it is so nice to meet you! We have had pets all our life growing up. We absolutely love all animals, and started pet sitting at a very young age. We have learned that a warm loving environment is best for the animals when their owners are away. Please see our updated pricing for holiday rates, multiple dogs, and for puppy rate. We are currently accepting one paw family at a time with minimal overlap to best ensure the most optimal care for our clients.

We felt great having Cody watch Rhubarb, I loved getting the daily updates with photos. She’s a very shy dog and so we weren’t sure how she’d do with a new sitter. I could tell from the photos she started to feel right at home and enjoyed being there.
Katelin was amazing with our dogs! Taking vacations away when you have three larger dogs can be stressful. It means a lot to know that your pets are with someone who genuinely cares and knows how to handle dogs. We got consistent updates and it was evident our fur babies were well cared for and happy. Definitely recommend and would 100% book again.
Kaitlyn and Cody were great pet sitters! They responded quick to my last minute stay request and were most accommodating for my senior dog. Excellent service and friendly and kind!!
Have never see my dog smile for photos as much as with Katelin and Cody! Always provide such fun updates and photos!

Schedule
We integrate each animal into our daily routine, even if that means waking up for an early morning run/walk or for a late night care routine. My husband is medical and works Panama shifts, My job is Mon - Fri from 8am-11am and 12pm-3:30pm with the awesome capability to bring some dogs to work with me if they need some extra attention outside of the house. We’ve got a great system going, to provide the best care possible for our furry friends!

Safety, trust & environment
We treat our client dogs like our own, they lay with us, run with us, even snack with us (we don’t feed our clients anything that isn’t provided from their owner without approval). Our dogs are our family and we give them as much love and kindness as possible. We have a fenced in back yard that’s an appropriate size for the dogs to run around and stretch their legs in. We do have a dog and cat of our own in our home, both well behaved. We also have reliable transportation to get from one client to another.

A typical day
We love taking dogs on walks and being outdoors! There are lots of trails on base where we live as well as parks everywhere in this town. They can smell the flowers or play in the snow. We also have very comfy couches for those couch potatoes and tons of toys for both cats and dogs.
