I raised my family dog for 12 years through the playful puppy potty training days to the around the clock senior medical care he required in his last months. I have a huge passion for saving dogs off the street (I’ve brought many lost dogs back to their owners over the years), helped my sister foster in NYC, and believe wholeheartedly that our pups are part of our families. I treat every dog with love, kindness and compassion. Caring for your dog is an absolute joy of mine!

I first ensure that they have the space and time to decompress with warm blankets, fresh water and food, and soft pets. I listen to their needs and pay attention to their behaviors in order to best care for them.

Kate's clearly experienced and genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, my dog Rua was in great hands! Kate was warm and friendly from our first meeting, and I could tell right away my dog would be comfortable with her. Rua came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for after a few days, which told me everything I needed to know. Communication was easy throughout, and I never had to worry while I was away. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog!

Kate was great! She helped me out in a pinch on pretty short notice, and she was very communicative and accommodating. And from all the pics I got, it seemed like my girl had a great time with her!
Katie did a wonderful job watching my pup for five days! She sent lots of pictures and took Jeni on several walks, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She was not only kind and caring with my dog, but also incredibly trustworthy and respectful while staying in my apartment. I came home to a happy pup and a spotless home. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive pet sitter, and I'd be happy to book with her again!
Katie was so great with Dolly and Charlie! She has experience with dogs and showed them so much love. She also is great at communication and showed up on time. I highly recommend her to watch your pups.

I work hybrid hours for my job. Most of my team is on the west coast so my mornings are very flexible during the week and free on the weekends.
