We are Kate and Chris and we LOVE dogs! You will be greeted at drop off by either one if us or both of us some days. When your dog stays with us we will treat them just as our own, with love and lots of attention! Our goal is for your dog to feel right at home while they stay with us! We send regular photo updates to you so you can rest assured your pup is being well cared for. We have 2 dogs - a 1 year old male Pomsky named Apollo & a 6 year old female German Shepherd/Mastiff mix named Zola. Both of our dogs enjoy getting to visit and play with the other dogs who visit. ***All dogs are required to be up to date on all vaccinations - request of proof at any time. We will not provide any services without proof of vaccines prior to confirming any booking. *All dogs must get along well with other dogs. Dog aggression will not be allowed/tolerated. ***MUST BE GENTLE AND BABY/CHILD FRIENDLY.*** We have an infant and will not accommodate or tolerate any type of aggression that puts our baby or other dogs at risk of any kind. If you are unsure if your dog would do well with a baby.

My family and I had a 3 day 2 night stay at the Kalahari resort and we needed last minute boarding, that’s when I came across Kate’s service on Rover. I can honestly say Kate was an amazing sitter for our big fur baby! First off he’s a big dog (cane corso) and never been away from us so I was a bit nervous for him, but Kate kept us informed on his stay & any concerns she had she didn’t hesitate to communicate. From the pictures that was sent I can tell our dog was very comfortable☺️ I HIGHLY recommend Kate for any sitting/boarding services! Thanks Again!!! The Taylor Family❤️
Kate was wonderful and provided lots of information and pics on how Roxy was getting along with her dogs. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to have Kate take care of Roxy again.
Kate was wonderful! Very flexible with our unsure schedule! Sent numerous reviews to us throughout the day, reassuring our new puppy was in good hands! Would recommend her to anyone! If we’re in the area again we will definitely be using her! 5 out of 5 starts for sure!

Kate (and Chris) were awesome! We planned a last minute stop at Cedar Point on a roadtrip and were lucky enough to find them. Professional, sweet, and sent lots of (amazing) picture updates! Our little girl had a great day, got lots of exercise, and returned to us a tired, satisfied customer. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be using them again if we're ever in the area!

Schedule
I am generally able to be home for most of your dogs visit. However, we do require dogs be crate trained in the event we both need to be away. This is for the safety of your dog & to prevent any damages. Please be specific about you and your dogs needs and confirm with me prior to booking.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs that visit us get to be a part of our home and will be treated as one of our own. Crate training is REQUIRED for our home. I am not able to accept dogs with separation anxiety or other behavior challenges at this time. Dogs will only be crated for nigttime when we go to bed or if we have to leave briefly & can not take the dogs with me. Otherwise your dog will have free roam while visiting and one on one care and attention. We do have 2 dogs of our own that get along well with other dogs so all visiting dogs must be dog friendly and not be aggressive. Your dog will be able to have regular potty breaks every 1-2 hours and frequent outside time. Photo and text updates always included during any stay.

A typical day
We have 2 dogs of our own that enjoy the company of the visiting dogs but are happy to keep to themselves. We only accept dog friendly pups into our space for the safety of our own dogs as well as yours. During your dogs visit they will get to hang out with our dogs as a pack like dogs were intended. Our home provides a quiet, safe and loving in-home environment for a stress free and enjoyable stay away from home. As a dog love and experienced caregiver your dog is guaranteed love and attention their stay. We do crate dogs if we have to step out of our home & at night so crate training is usually a must for visiting dogs. However, we never, ever crate a dog for long periods or during their entire stay.
