Information Kate W. would like to know about your pet

Your pet’s name, age, & personality is a good start! As mentioned, I would like to know specific rules and guidelines for safety in the home and typical routines your dog looks forward to. Morning & evening routines will be good to know along with their sleeping arrangement (crate, etc). I’d like to also discuss a mitigation plan for potential separation anxiety issues and any health issues that I should be made aware of and care for. We’ll also discuss the typical things such as walks per day, diet, and any current trainings to reinforce.

A typical day

I love to establish a connection with dogs and a typical day will align with their personality. This could be waking up first thing and taking them on a long run or walk to explore all the smells of the world or for less active dogs, a bathroom break followed by food and lots of cuddles. Playing with dog toys is always a fun part of the day! I’ll vary my day based on what the dog/owner needs!

Dogs deserve the best!

Pet care experience

*Now accepting new daycare, drop-in, and dog walk clients!* 🐾 I have 14 years of experience taking care of dogs of all kinds, from puppies to 14 years old, from a small Maltese to multiple German Shepherds! Whether walking, feeding, bathing, training, or morning/nighttime routines - I take my role as caregiver seriously. I have always formed special bonds with dogs and will make sure your dog is treated with the care and respect they deserve! For walks, I only take on 1 dog at a time so you know your pet is getting 1-on-1 attention and care 🐾 I personally have had golden retrievers and labs as pets in the past, including a senior pup, Riley. I enjoy caring for dogs and love how each dog has their own personality! I can take your dog for a walk, run, stroll in the neighborhood, or visit a park. Or if your pet is more of an inside dog, we can relax at home! I appreciate the bond between human and pet & will give your dog the care they deserve!

Kate took the best care of my big dog. She went above and beyond to make sure he felt right at home and took him on all of his favorite neighborhood adventures. Highly recommend and will definitely book with her again!

We are so grateful to Kate - our dog (and us) so appreciate Kate's incredibly thoughtful care. We found Kate to be extremely trustworthy immediately. Kate sent pictures and videos to reassure us when we were away. Our dog was extremely happy and relaxed when we picked her up. We'll definitely contact Kate again in the near future.

Kate was INCREDIBLE! Our puppy was so happy in her care, with tons of walks and love. Kate provided the most wonderful updates and we felt so relieved knowing he was in such great care. We can’t recommend Kate enough and hope to use her again soon!
