I have cared for dogs throughout my life from Poodles to Bernese Mountain Dogs. Cats have also been a big part of my life. I took veterinary classes at Virginia Tech. I have watched neighbors homes and pets for the past 30 years.

Kate was able to accommodate Chewie for day boarding on very short notice, which we really appreciated. She was very nice, and Chewie seemed to enjoy his day with her. The pictures she sent were a great touch and definitely helped put our minds at ease. We would happily use Kate again!
Kate was great taking care of our labradoodle! She sent pics of her out walking several times a day. We will definitely use her again😊

Kate was wonderful! She kept us updated with photos of Scally while she was there and our dog looked like she was having a great time at her home and on their beach walks. Kate was very accommodating as we wanted to take our dog with us during part of the day and she was easy to work with to coordinate timing on when we would pick up and drop off our dog. Thanks so much Kate!
Kate sent a ton of pictures and it was easy to tell he had a great time staying with her. Lots of walks in different environments for a dog that loves to sniff.

Schedule
I currently work from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I recently became an empty nester and look forward to having some activity in my home!

I have a huge back deck and fenced in side yard. I have one fur baby to keep your dog company. We just had to put our golden, Fisher, to sleep and miss having a second dog in the house. I walk everyday and am happy to take your dog with me.
Pets
A typical day
I love being with my dog all the time! She sits with me on the front porch and back deck. We take three walks a day and usually a long hike 3 times a week 5 miles. We have special floor time at night throwing toys and giving special attention. Our dog sleeps on the furniture and bed. We love pets!
