I grew up dog sitting every dog within a bike ride from home. I also then owned a cockapoo for 15 years, but after my sweet Penny’s passing 😢 I chose to fill the void by opening up my home to host all my friends/coworkers dogs when they went out of town. Both my husband and I absolutely loved it! So I started this Rover account more recently, in the hopes to make it a more regular and consistent thing 😊

Great communication and super friendly couple! Lou Lou had a wonderful few days with Kate and Isaiah, and they were super accommodating even on last minute notice!
We LOVED having Kate and Isaiah keep our dog. They sent a lot of pictures and gave very detailed updates every day. Our dog was super happy staying with them! We will definitely use them again!
Kate was great with our dog Hawkeye! She sent lots updates throughout his stay and Hawkeye seemed to have a great time!
My dog stayed with Kate and her husband for the first time last weekend and had no adjustment issues at all! They took him on walks and loved on him. I received pictures and updates on how he was doing throughout the weekend. I highly recommend Kate!
Kate and Maggie hit it off right away and we would definitely book her again if we're traveling through Nashville. She was easy to communicate with, both before and during Maggie's stay. She was ready for Maggie when we arrived and all of her stuff was ready when we picked her up the next day. Our girl seemed happy and not stressed, so we think she got very good care with Kate. She's very personable and seems to genuinely love dogs.
Kate and Isaiah did great with our pup! They were very accommodating with drop off and pick up scheduling. Kate was very responsive and sent lots of pictures and updates, which was much appreciated! It was obvious they loved on our girl and took great care of her, and we came home to a very happy dog.

Schedule
I work a full time job in healthcare and my husband in construction. Thankfully though, we are off every weekend, and varying weekdays every week. So while we tend to be a mostly weekend sitters, we are comfortable hosting dogs on weekdays we work if that is something you are comfortable with as the Owner. My husband also usually has the flexibility to be able to come home at lunchtime and let the pups out -We would love to host your sweet dogs at our home!

Safety, trust & environment
-we own home in a nice quiet neighborhood with a decent sized yard. -we love to go on walks -dogs are welcome on our furniture and beds, as long as that’s what you’re okay with. I’m also totally fine respecting whatever rules you would like us to enforce **our home is only minutes from the Nashville airport. Making it super convenient for drop offs and pick ups as you head out of town! ✈️
A typical day
- we our just a quick walk from the Greenway and two rivers park, and for longer walks we also frequent Shelby Bottoms. So we love to take the dogs we are hosting to all the parks and trails in the area -Two Rivers Dog park is super close as well, so if your dog likes a dog park we can definitely incorporate that into their stay
