I would not recommend Kate to anyone. We booked Kate to do two nights/three days of housesitting for our cat and dog (including spending the night) after doing a meet and greet with her. Upon arrival, she failed to follow feeding instructions for our dog that we had discussed verbally and that were also in a printed-out packet of information that I left at our house for her. The first night of her stay, she went out and came home heavily inebriated around 10:44pm and took our dog out, but then didn’t take her out again until the next day at 11am (12 hours). I had outlined our dog’s usual bathroom schedule in the packet, and this was too long for any animal to go without using the bathroom. The next day, she continued to feed our dog incorrectly and left the food out all day, which we explicitly said not to do. I also reviewed our camera footage for the inside camera (that she knew about) and it looks to us that she didn’t refill our cat’s dry food a single time over the course of the stay. The second night, she left the house around 10:30pm and did not come back until 8:30am the next morning, which means that she didn’t stay at the house like we asked her to – our animals were alone all night and were restless, which I could see on the inside camera. When we got home, our cat’s food bowl was empty, and the litter had not been scooped for what looked like whole time we were gone. All of the things that I mentioned that she did not do are things we asked her to do – she created a stressful situation for us and (more importantly) our pets.
Kate did everything we asked of her! Our cat, Miller, was having allergy issues and she was ready to administer nose drops if he was having a flare up. Our cats loved her stopping by. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a sitter in the future!
Kate went above and beyond what I had asked for and even scheduled a meet up prior to our vacation. I was so much less worried having her watch my kittens and send updates. Highly recommend!
Kate was wonderful! I had to leave town to visit family during the Christmas holidays and she was kind enough to make drop-in visits to take care of my cat, Sage. Kate was attentive to her needs and care preferences and it was very easy to stay in touch with her via text message. I would book with her again in the future!
Kate was amazing with my pets!! Will definitely have her back!

Schedule
I work from home full-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. I’m available most weekends and holidays as well. Whether your pet needs overnight care or just drop-in visits, I’m happy to accommodate both.

A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, feeding, and lots of love and companionship. Since I work from home full-time, I’m able to provide consistent supervision and make sure pets stay on their normal routines. I enjoy walks, outdoor time, cuddle sessions, and keeping pets comfortable and stress-free while their owners are away. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.
