I care for your pet by setting them up for success. That might mean avoiding situations where they are uncomfortable or reading their body language to know when it's time to play or time to chill. It's all about them when we are together!

Pet care experience
Hello! I'm happiest when I get to take a walk, hike, or just spend time with a furry friend. I routinely housesit for animals of all types and walk dogs for Rover clients, friends, and acquaintances. I have experience with many breeds including Retrievers, Labs, Golden Doodles, Shepherd mix, American Staffordshire Terrier, Corgi, Swiss Mountain dog, Bully Breeds, Spaniels, Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Newfoundland, etc., and (of course) large and small mutts. I'm happy to give your dog alone time or take them out to be social if they love the dog park. I'd love to meet your dog and make sure they get the quality attention we all know they deserve, but sometimes it's hard to do it on our own! I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I maintain COVID-consciousness, and I ask all my clients to share in the responsibility of taking all necessary precautions, including masks, social distancing, hand-washing, and wiping surfaces as necessary. Thanks for stopping by!
Reviews

After another sitter from another site cancelled close to last minute I was in panic mode and decided to try Rover again. You have no idea how relieved I was to have met Kate and not have her cancel. :)Things wents smoothly from first contact to during the trip. All instructions were followed and the cats were well taken care of including one that required daily fluoxetine. Kate was able to do this quite easily when previous sitters said it was an impossible task. Once again huge relief and an A+ to Kate. Would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

So communicative and helpful with my last minute request!

Kate was great! Felt like I could enjoy my trip knowing I left my girl in good hands. Would definitely book again!
Kate was amazing! She took care of my baby leopard gecko while I was on vacation and I came back to a very happy girl! She was patient and thorough when learning how to care for her. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be booking with her again!
