Hi pet owners!! Nice to meet ya! I’m Katie, and I’ve been on Rover since October 2022! I have a flexible schedule and am very active. I’ve grown up with dogs, but I prefer to be the “cool aunt” now. I adore all breeds and all sizes. Happy to accommodate to all the needs of your fur babies!! A little about me: I’m originally from Chicago, spent 2 years in Austin, and now relocating to Santa Cruz. Once established, I am open to walks, drop ins, and other services. I love to travel. I’ve been to all 50 states and about 20 countries. Rover has been a fun way for me to get that sense of having a pet, since I am on the go too much to have one of my own right now, and I love every minute of it!

Kate adjusted her schedule to accommodate Merlin on short notice and took him on a nice walk and sent pictures throughout the day.
Kate was responsive and was able to help us out for a last minute booking. She was friendly and our pup seemed to love her. She communicated throughout his stay and sent photos too! We would definitely use her again.
Kate was great with our dogs and was available last minute! Our dogs are happy and had a great day!
Kate was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and I found her to be SUPER responsive and flexible. Our travel plans changed and she was super cool to roll with the changes. I hope she'll walk my dog again - Maya loved her.

Schedule
I have flexibility to hangout with the pup and do either morning, lunch break, or evening walks. I am happy to stay during the week at the house, or to stop by.

Our home has a small fenced in area that functions as our backyard, but I live in a residential neighborhood where I prefer to walk around.
A typical day
I love being active and going on walks. I enjoy playing fetch and am open to any other activities that will maintain their routine as well!
