I'm a lifelong friend to animals! In addition to my caring for many pets, I've also volunteered at animal shelters. I'm experienced with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I'm happy to care for other animals too, including rodents, amphibians, and lizards. Whether your pet is a laid-back senior or a high-energy pup, I'm physically fit, capable, and genuinely enjoy playing with them! You can count on me to be responsible, detail-oriented, and attentive to your pet's needs. I take safety seriously - double-checking gates, following your instructions exactly, and keeping a close eye on your animals at all times. I have a flexible schedule with weekday and weekend availability, a safe and reliable vehicle for any transportation needs, and I will keep you updated throughout every visit with photos and messages because I know how much you miss your animal and want to know they're doing great. I can't wait to meet your furry family member!

Kate was so awesome with our boys! She watched our vizsla’s while we were on vacation and they absolutely adored her. She was very punctual, sent us photos and updates, and gave all the cuddles to our pups. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for our next trip!
Hello Dear Pet Owner- I have been a close friend of Kate and her family for many years ( since Kate was a teenager). Over the years I have witnessed her apply herself to many interesting endeavors, always with a thoughtful, diligent and enthusiastic approach, and "pet sitting" will be no different, I am sure. I have especially loved watching Kate interact with our multiple dogs. She has a knack of making them feel relaxed with her physical attention as well as talking to them always illiciting a positive response, even with one of our more difficult dogs who can be quite high strung. She'll be a wonderful and responsible caregiver to your pets.
Kate has cared for my 3 Goldens! She is super responsible, dependable, loving, kind, and a brilliant sweet girl. An excellent pet sitter, highly recommend!

Schedule
I work seasonally with school groups as an outdoor educator and guide. When I’m not doing that, I am available for all of your pet-care needs!
