I’m currently dog grooming part time which are on random days but I will know at the beginning of the week. The only days I can’t do are Saturdays and Sundays.

A typical day
I love walking dogs on the beach or going for hikes at the nature parks. I also like to walk downtown Southport I think it’s a great place to socialize Dogs.

Pet care experience
My entire life I’ve been around animals. I grew up on an alpaca farm which was so cool. I dropped out of college to start a career working with dogs and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! In Pennsylvania I started out as a regular daycare attendant then got to work in a humane society. After moving to North Carolina I was able to become a dog bather and then became a certified groomer through an apprenticeship at Woofgang bakery and grooming and then moved up to work as a mobile groomer. When I first moved to Southport I was able to get a job as a vet assistant which taught me a lot and I got to see so many things! Right now I am just grooming to save up enough to enroll in a dog training school which will finally get me to my end goal which is opening my very own animal rescue!
