I'm currently working full time during the week, so I have lots of time during the weekends and evenings to look after your beloved pets. I have a dog of my own but he isn't a big fan of long walks, which is such a shame as I am! So if you have a dog needing a good long walk, I'd love to take them! But if your dog needs just a gentle walk with a lot of sniffing opportunities, I am very practiced at this.

To ensure the best possible care, I like to arrange a quick meet and greet before looking after your lovely pets. This not only helps me familiarize myself with your pet's unique personality and needs but also allows you and your furry friend to feel more at ease with me as your chosen sitter. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviours. I have dealt with reactive dogs so I understand the need to watch for and avoid triggers.
A typical day
I know a lot of lovely places for dog walks in and around the Salisbury area. I will give your dog(s) an enjoyable walk, with lots of time for sniffing which is very enriching. I will only take a maximum of 2 dogs out at a time (unless there are more from the same household) so they will get my full attention. I am happy to do solo walks as well.

I'm fully insured and DBS checked. I'm a real animal lover and have taken care of a variety of pets since I was a child. I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and since then I have owned fish, chickens and another dog, so I have a lot of experience with various animals. I have experience training a dog, and also in giving medicine.

I'd highly recommend Kate for dog walking and drop in visits. Bluey absolutely loves going for walks with her. She takes him on a wide variety of routes and in the warmer weather sticks to shady areas plus keeping him well hydrated etc. Kate is reliable, dependable and trustworthy. I'm so glad I've found her as I wouldn't go to anyone else now!
