Kate was great!! We agreed to a meet and greet so Kate could meet Tucker before we made any final decisions on boarding ( so luck would have it, in the rain 😀 ) Drop off was quick and easy, and within a short period of time we were receiving pictures and updates of how things were going. Kate was very communicative and was constantly giving us updates on how Tucker was doing. This definitely put my mind at ease as this was the first time in 7 years that we needed to leave our fur baby with someone other than immediate family. Tucker got to enjoy lots of long walks, play time and of course lots of snuggles. We would be more than happy to hire Kate again to watch Tucker ❤️
Kate is a very caring, committed and reliable pet caregiver-from caring for the family dog to caring for her own rescue dog for 6 years. She has grown up with pets, from lizards to dogs. She had a wonderful rescue furbaby of her own for 6 years; Lenny died over a year ago and she misses him a great deal. She feels caring for others' pets will be a wonderful way for her to have fur contact! So she is familiar with daily feeding schedules, walk schedules, snuggle time, and play time. Kate is a walker and will enjoy walking dogs (cats?) around the neighbourhood and in parks. Kate is extremely reliable and will not only show up on time and for the time committed but also will give written reports if requested. She understands the needs of rescue animals and is well read on dog psychology. Most of all Kate loves all animals and has since she was small.
Kate is a kind and compassionate person who has spent her whole life living with and looking after dogs. She always goes above and beyond to ensure their safety and well being and there isn't a person I trust more to look after my dogs!
Kate has dog sit for us many times over the last few years. My dog, Mowgli (a bichonpoo) adores Kate. Kate takes Mowgli on many walks, plays ball with him, and provides great love and care. Kate is very communicative and sends photos and updates. I would highly recommend Kate to care of your dog. Travel is much easier when you know your pet is in good hands!

Schedule
I work remotely, and am able to fit in your pets needs during the week, and then as well on weekends. I'm happy to prioritize my clients and their furry friends to make sure they have care and attention.

I have a fenced in yard, and a great setup for pets in home. I work remotely, and am home all day to provide companionship and attention to your pets at my home, or if setup allows it, at yours.
A typical day
I’ll provide gentle walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, along with calm companionship to ensure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and relaxed in their routine.
