Loving family for your poodle mix!
I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk.

Wow, seriously cannot recommend Kate and family enough! Kate was extremely communicative, trustworthy and so wonderful with our dog. It was really comforting for us to leave him with such a loving family, knowing he got lots of great attention and play time, so we could fully enjoy our vacation. We felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup with them and we will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
We cannot recommend Kate and family highly enough! They were so wonderful for the whole process that allowed leaving our pup less stressful. The fact he was with such a great family meant the world to us - we feel confident that we have a great place to leave Oliver if we need when we go away again. They were super flexible when our plane reservation was changed and allowed us to pick him up later than expected. If you are looking for a loving, communicative, awesome family to watch your pet, look not further!
Kate watched our two pups all weekend, and they were truly treated like part of the family. Her whole household pitched in—the kids were so excited and gave our boys so much attention and love. It was incredibly comforting knowing they were right in our Piedmont neighborhood with people who genuinely cared about them. We got great communication, lots of updates, and came home to two very happy, very tired pups. 😊 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We highly recommend Kate and her family to anyone looking for a trustworthy, warm, and reliable sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!
Love felt all around - Xx - Kate & family are simply the best! They’ve cared for my dog, cats, dealt with our fish and even cared (truly!) for our reptiles - teaching us a thing or two at that. 100% reliable and actually affordable - such a find! LOVE that everyone pitches in - I would count on this little “team” again and again and again, always a great experience!

Schedule
I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds.

I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have kids that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. You can trust that we will care for your pups as if they are our very own family dog for the duration of their stay.
A typical day
I would love to walk your dog to the neighboring parks, play fetch in the fenced backyard, and provide lots of love and affection. My kids are very gentle and loving with dogs so looking to match with dogs who like a lot of pets and belly rubs!
