I am a full time work from home professional. My weekends are usually fairly flexible as are my weeknights. Because I have the luxury of working from home, I can also pop out during the day and oftentimes do with my own doggy!

I love all doggies but obviously want to ensure the proper care is required for your unique fur baby! I’d love to know if your dog has any special requirements ie needs meds, hearing or seeing impaired, incontinence, how they walk on leash and off leash, if they’re good with other dogs or not and if they’re comfortable with all people, people approaching them etc, Having special diets for my own pets I would like to understand if your pet has any regimented diet or feeding plan upfront.

I am a big walker and hiker, but I’ll do the right amount of exercise that suits your pups needs! I for one am very used to energy so I do a mix of block walk on leash with my lab and off leash park play! My dog is also toy obsessed and always has something in her mouth so if your doggy loves a toy I am happy to play as much as they need.

Alittle bit about me! My name is Kate and I am a proud pet parent of two, my black lab Winter, and Large Marge, my black cat. I’ve had pets all my life, but in recent years I’ve been adopting more senior overweight cats that tend to get overlooked at the spca. My goal is to give them the best and healthiest years of their life! This means I’m quite familiar with medical conditions - I know how to check glucose levels and administer insulin if your cat or dog is diabetic. I am also very familiar with oral meds and eye drops too! I am happy to walk your doggy, drop-in on your cat and give cuddles (if they want) and fill in for you when you’re on vacay or simply don’t have the time!

I always feel calmer going away knowing that Kate will be checking in our shy guy. She’s very prompt with communication and knows cats. Would definitely recommend!
