Welcome to Kate’s Vacation Resort. I previously had two dogs, both adopted. Sugar died of cancer at age 9 and Nikki passed away at age 13. I volunteer at the Brandywine Valley SPCA doing dog handling and special events. I do not have a dog so your dog gets 100% attention. I offer clients a warm and comfortable home to board their dogs. I am caring and confident working with all dogs, especially if they are not used to being boarded.🐶 I can do dog massage to help them relax in a new environment.

Kate is incredible and so great to work with. My Lexi loves her and feels right at home when she is there. Kate keeps me updated throughout the day and sends multiple photos! She is also very caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kate!
We've been entrusting Kate to watch our needy, senior pup for the past couple of years, and there is no one we trust more. She provides regular photos and updates, and she is firm and proactive with dogs who need a little extra structure and support. Belle loves going to "camp" with Kate while we're on vacation!
I have used Kate so frequently for my mini Schnauzer that we call her Aunt Kate. My dog is so happy when she sees Kate after several months. I know that she is well cared for because every photo I receive shows it. Kate consistently sends at least one to two pictures daily with adorable captions. If you live in the Media, Middletown area or you just want a GREAT person to take care of your dog, choose Kate. You will not be disappointed!
Kate and her husband were great with Nutmeg. She has never been boarded with anyone other than family. Kate was very patient with her and we appreciate her kind care. Nutmeg came home very happy
Kate is great with our dog and we always use her when we are away!

My husband and I are retired so I have a very flexible schedule. I am willing to drive up to 10 minutes to care for dogs at home. I have a very flexible schedule so I am usually available all the time.

We have raised food bowls. We have separation fences. We walk dogs at least three times per day. We have a great neighborhood and friends

The first thing I do is show them loving and petting. We go for a playful walk or jog. Play with stimulating toys. Fill Kongs with peanut butter to keep them happy. Cuddle, cuddle, cuddle
