Please let me know about their daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, favorite activities, energy level, and any fears or behavioral quirks. I also appreciate knowing how they interact with other dogs, people, or new environments. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and giving them personalized care that meets their individual needs
A typical day
Every pet has different needs, so I tailor my care to fit their routine and personality. We can enjoy walks, playtime, enrichment activities, fetch, or simply relax together if that's what they prefer. I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of exercise, attention, bathroom breaks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of love. During house sitting and drop-in visits, I'll also provide regular photo updates so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

Hi! I'm Kate, a Creighton Speech Pathology student and dog lover with a 4-year-old Golden Retriever of my own. As both a nanny and pet sitter, caring for others comes naturally to me. I've also worked at a doggy daycare, where I gained experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. My training included pet CPR, emergency procedures, and understanding dog behavior, so your pup's safety is always a top priority. I know pets are family, and I'll make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away.

Kate is an excellent choice for caring for your pets when you are away from them. She is a very responsible young lady that loves animals. She took care of our golden retriever when we were gone on vacation for a week. He is a very anxious dog and does not like to be away from us. Kate took excellent care of him, giving us updates, sending pictures of how he was doing, and wasn't afraid to text with questions if she had any concerns with how our Copper was doing. I would highly recommend Kate to take care of your pet!
Kate is reliable, adheres to schedules, communicates clearly with owners, and knows how to handle unexpected situations. With this said, Kate's greatest strengths are her love & care for others, in particular for animals. Her compassion is obvious, and she uses it, along with patience, to establish both relationships and boundaries with pets. She has a true love for animals and will treat your pet like she does her own.
