Hi Rover friends! My name is Kate and I am an undergrad student at UofM! There’s never been a time in my life where I didn’t have a dog! I’ve had 2 labs, a Whoodle (similar to a doodle), and a Havanese! Most of my friends and family members also have dogs, so I am comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, or breeds. One of my dogs growing up also had a lot of dietary restrictions and required medications in her food so I have a lot of experience handling that! I’ve dog-sat my own dog for my parents over the years as well as neighbors and other family members dogs! I love going on walks and would be happy to take your furry friend along with me! Or, I can play with them and give your dog some pets while you’re away!

I cannot care for pets in my own home but at a clients home I would be sure to keep the pets routine as normal as possible. My dog back with my parents has quite a few quirks so I’m familiar with having a pet sleep with you, putting their food somewhere special, putting their bed somewhere, etc. At the end of the day, my priority is making sure your dog is safe and feels as comfortable and happy as possible!

Kate did a great job taking care of of our older Golden Retriever and two cats while we were away for half a week. She dealt with pet accidents and attempted escapes with confidence and kept us informed a Throughout the week. She was great!
Kate took excellent care of our dog while we were out of town. She consistently communicated with us throughout her visit and took our dog to do all of his favorite things. She was very timely too! Your pets are in excellent hands with Kate!
Kate helped us out in a pinch and checked in on our dog and administered medication on short notice. She was kind and communicative and I’d definitely ask her to help with our dog again!
Kate had the chance to watch my family's dog when we went up north for the weekend. She was responsible, texted us updates on our dog, and it was obvious she had followed all the instructions we gave her. I recommend her highly to take care of pets.

You won’t be sorry, Kate to care for your four-legged family member! I’ve been working with Kate for a number of years —she has successfully cared For two of my dogs since she was in high school. Kate is reliable, trustworthy, and great with all dogs! When she comes home on break from school, she is my go to dog sitter for my dog, Dumpy.

Schedule
I am a full-time student with quite a few breaks during my days, which is perfect for drop-in visits to feed, let out, walk, or play with your pet! My weekends are usually pretty available as well, as most of my time is spent studying!
