I’m currently working a full time job on a hybrid schedule. I work from home Tuesdays and Fridays which allows me ample time for flexible pet care. My weekends are typically free and I’m happy to sit and care for plenty of furry friends

I’m an outdoorsy individual and I typically walk 2-3 miles a day on my own. I’m willing and able to let dogs sniff to their hearts content! For feline friends, I’m adept at reading body language and cues. I will meet them where they’re at whether that means playtime, snuggle time, or quiet time.

A typical day
I basically want to be your pet’s cool aunt. Whether fetching and training, or snuggling and walking I can provide what your dog needs to get that extra energy out for a life of equal parts fun and relaxation.

Pet care experience
From cats to dogs and anything in between— I would love to take care of your pet! I’ve been around animals my entire life. Currently, I’m an animal foster parent and I’m looking to watch some extra furry friends when I don’t have a foster in my care! I have experience with puppies and kittens, elderly pets, and medical cases. No matter the challenge, I’m willing to meet it and see your animal first and foremost as a member of your family! I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friends!

Kate has a genuine passion for animals, and treats them all with care and patience. From pet dogs and cats to neighborhood birds and rabbits, she cares for them all deeply. I also totally trust her to be well-informed on proper care and best practices. She is able to maintain good training practices for younger animals, so the rules of the house will be well respected! Kate is a phenomenal human & exceptional caregiver. She is experienced caring for both cats and dogs, including pop-ins/walks/play, longer term house/pet sitting, and special skills like administering medication. She is responsible, reliable, and absolutely adores animals. She knows how to be patient and build deep and trusting bonds with pets (even the shy ones!) There is no one I trust more with my cats than Kate. I highly recommend Kate for all your pet-care needs!
Kate is one of the kindest humans and the biggest animal-lover I know! She has been a pet sitter for me for over 8 years, and she's the only person I would recommend as a pet caregiver without any caveats. Kate will treat your fur babies like family and keep them entertained and happy. She is dutiful about medication administration, walks, and snuggles!
