I have just moved from London to New York City and I’m keen to provide the same level of care to your little furry friends as I did back home! I have looked after many types of pets all my life and always look to provide the best care. Since joining rover, I have looked after various different types of breeds and have loved every minute of it. I regularly look after my employees dogs since I’m deemed ‘the mum of the company’ due to my patient and caring nature. What’s most important to me is that your dog feels loved, settled and never lonely. The main goal is that they want to come back again!

As always, Kevin loved his weekend with Kate. She is honestly the best, she takes the best care of Kevin, and he gets so much attention. She always keeps me updated with photos, and Kevin looks so happy and content. We are really going to miss her when she moves!!

We had a fantastic experience with Kate. She was incredibly approachable from the start and made us feel completely at ease leaving Kooks in her care. Communication was excellent throughout, with adorable pictures. The pick-up and drop-off service was a huge help and made the whole process so much more convenient. Most importantly, Kooks had an amazing time and came back happy and relaxed. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommend Kate!
Kate was absolutely amazing. I had a super last-minute request for someone to look after Kevin as I had to travel to Ireland unexpectedly, and she couldn’t have been kinder. She was so accommodating with drop-offs and pick-ups and made the whole process completely stress-free. She kept me updated with photos and regular messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. Kevin looked happy and relaxed in every picture, and he came back to me content and settled, which says everything. Thank you so much, Kate. Kevin can’t wait to come back!

Schedule
I can work from home up to 2 days per week so will be at home when your pet is here. I always ensure to take the pet for regular walks throughout the day and provide constant snuggles and attention. I am a very loving person and will always provide the best care. I am a bubbly friendly individual which attracts most animals as the tend to have fun and relax. I tend to wake up very early and always feel the dogs are the best form of exercise 😂😂 so I will be straight out in the morning taking them for a long walk in a park near my flat!

Safety, trust & environment
The pet will be allowed to make itself comfortable whether it be on my bed, sofa or anywhere safe. I love to have an animal feel like it’s a home away from home and to feel safe and protected. I live in a smoke free home and despite being a flat, I have a shared garden on the bottom floor which is fenced which makes the perfect place for a little run around.
A typical day
I have lots of big fields near my home and would take the dog for a long walk or maybe even to the beach for a day out. I believe it’s important to provide good stimulation throughout the day whether it be playing with toys or teaching them new tricks. However I am aware that some dogs may just like to stay around the house after a walk and be left to there own devices and have a good snuggle instead - which I can equally provide.
