Reliable and the dogs responded very well to her.
My 9 month old Namu was a shy dog, but he seemed to like her right away. Actually, our reservation time was 4:30pm, but due to the hot weather, she wanted Namu to spend time at her house, and she prepared a dog pool for Namu, so Namu had a happy time. She kept her time very well and it was a satisfying time.
Kate was brilliant and so reliable, our cat and dog were happy and relaxed when we returned home from a trip away. She kept us updated everyday with what they had been up to and how they were doing. Our house was also spotless when we returned so we know everything was in great hands! Would definitely have her come stay again.
Kate has been great with my dog. She's always on time and my dog is supper happy when she arrives. You can tell she's got experience with dogs as she clicked with mine straightaway. She always makes sure that she gets plenty of exercise and fun during their walks. Kate is always very communicative and sends me updates at the end of the walks with details of what they got up to and even photos. I am well pleased with Kate hence why I rebooked with her and would definitely recommend her!
