I was born an animal lover and have been caring for animals most of my life. I have professional (veterinary hospital; outdoor education) and personal experience caring for both domestic and exotic pets. I started working with Rover years ago in South Florida and was able to start a small dog walking business off the platform with over 10 repeat regular clients. I love to go for long walks and/or jogs, skate, go to the dog park, or even just sit and cuddle for a while. I’ll treat your babies like my very own ❤️

Kate has been so kind and patient with my baby. He takes a while to warm up to new people when I’m not around and she was super loving and nurturing and gave him some comfort while I’m away with work! Really grateful ?
Kate is great! Yes it rhymed and it’s well deserved. Kate was very communicative as well as professional. Our dogs loved going on walks with Kate they both came back from a night walk, drank some water and passed out. I will definitely rebook in the future.
Kate walked my dog for me and did a great job. She is very careful and loving when handling animals. She made sure my pup was safe while getting the exercise she needed!

Schedule
I work from home so I have a lot of flexibility during the day on both during the week and on weekends to drop in, walk, and adventure with your pets. I do travel for work occasionally but will make sure my availability is up to date to accommodate for those times.

During the meet and greet, I make sure to collect as much information from the client and the pet(s) to know what keeps everyone safe and happy. I discuss my approach with the clients and pet(s) to make sure it works with their preferences.
Pets
A typical day
I have dogs that are very antisocial, so I love to take advantage of my clients’ social dogs (when applicable) and explore the city - visiting dog parks, skating around Vinoy, walking around Crescent Lake, eating at dog-friendly restaurants and visiting dog-friendly shops. I also love my introverted dogs and can get down with cuddling on the couch and watching a movie, playing fetch, or bird watching in the backyard. There really is no typical day, but those are some activities I have done with my doggie clients in the past :)

- - Behavioral tendencies (with people, other dogs, on the leash, off leash, around food, etc.) - Exercise and/or bathroom requirements I.e. 3 walks a day and normally poops each time. This helps me prevent accidents in the house by ensuring pets are following their normal routines with me.
