Hi there, I’m Katie. I’m an artist and soon-to-be teacher, so I know how to handle pressure! I have had dogs my entire life, and I enjoy caring for them. All dogs are good dogs, and I look forward to taking your dogs on a walk and playing with them until they are all tuckered out. While I no longer have dogs of my own, I look forward to spoiling yours with long walks and belly rubs! If you have kitties, I’ll happily play with them, too! Have a cat or a kitten as well? I have experience with them as well! I am happy to play with your kitty as much as they would like, along with any litter box cleaning or feeding you might need me to do.

I am easily adaptable to different environments, but I prefer looking after your pets on their turf! I grew up keeping my pets leashed on back yard walks—it’s all about their comfort and needs.

Kate accepted our last minute request to drop by to check on our cat while we were out. Our cat is elderly, shy and not very friendly, but Kate managed to get her out of her shell and play/pet her. She sent many pictures and details about how she was doing and it was great peace of mind. We came home to a happy, well fed and well taken care of kitty. Thanks Kate! Happy to recommend if you need her to take care of your kitty.

Schedule
It’s summer vacation, so I have pretty good availability most days! Weekends can be tricky, as I tend to have doubles, but give me a heads up and I can work with you! I update my calendar every couple weeks with a confirmed schedule on the 25th of each month; when I know, I’ll update.

- I have no breed preferences! However, a general overview of temperament is ideal. Are they food aggressive? Are they particular with other dogs? Are they leash aggressive? Tell me anything that they like to do, too!
