I am recently moved to the Marysville area after some big life changes! My regulars from my previous residential address still utilize me for long stays, just not for drop in services! I am a single mama, raising my preteen son, doing my best to live every single day like it is the best and maybe the last! I love bringing pawsitivity to every home and pet! I do my best to be as flexible as possible and as available as possible. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer them!

If I am not yet comfortable with your animal, they will likely remain fenced. I am typically outside with the animals as much as possible! Unless of course it is a health hazard for the pet. My son knows how to safely approach new animals, and to give them their space when an animal communicates so. This is a calm household, we don't fight or yell or get loud- our rescue babies are triggered by that sometimes- so your animal(S) will be at peace, and LOVED, just as you would love them <3

I NEED to be made aware of the following- (NOTE: THIS IS SIMPLY SO I'M AWARE AND CAN PROPERLY ACCOMMODATE YOUR ANIMAL AND YOU!!) *Aggression patterns (leash reactive, food reactive, toy reactive, fence reactive, dog reactive, cat reactive, child reactive, etc.) *Allergies- food, environmental, medical, etc. *Anxiety behaviors (separation, loud noises, gender specific, etc.) *Age/medical related needs- any supplements needed, warming pads, incontinence pads, extra bedding, bandage changes, etc. *SPAYED/NEUTERED? *Crate trained? *any other restrictions or accommodations I need to know about to set your pet up for a comfortable and successful vacation!
A typical day
I love getting to do as much as possible with any animals that will let me! Whether that is playing outside, snuggling inside, a healthy mix of both, or even a high energy activity for my most energetic fur friends! We are never bored!!

*DUE TO MULTIPLE ISSUES OF MISINFORMATION, AND THUS, SOME POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATIONS FOR NOT ONLY MYSELF BUT THE ANIMALS INVOLVED, I WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF POSITIVE BEHAVIOR AT DOG PARKS BEFORE COMMITTING TO TAKING YOUR DOG TO THE DOG PARK!* https://mackintoshhomestead.my.canva.site/ I started watching family pets when I was a preteen.. I loved it, I had endless energy for them, they loved it; and if they wanted endless cuddles, I mean, they CERTAINLY didn't have to beg for it! I love all animals; furry, scaley, slimey, prickly, all of them! I have experience with special needs animals (medications, diet restrictions, aggression, fear, hyper) as well as senior animals- I love giving doggie massages, watching their eyes roll around while I get all up in their extra skin and rolls and love on them- I love talking to them while they take their time to get around.. I JUST REALLY LOVE ANIMALS OKAY?! LOL not in a crazy way, I just know we don't HARDLY deserve them <3 I have experience with grooming, minimally, as I have a dog that requires it (Irish Setter) and I am comfortable doing trims, but not full on grooms.. I would be happy to bathe and dry them as well! I love feline friends as well- I have 2 of my own- and they are ARGUABLY the best girls in the entire world... They each have their fun quirks and make my day enjoyable. have a ton of references I can give if you'd like! Just reach out! I'll be here!

Katarinna did a great job taking care of our pup Ranger when we took a two week trip. She sent updates and pictures which were much appreciated. Katarinna also took care or our plants as well. We look forward to booking Katarinna again for our next trip.
Katarinna was very attentive to our pet’s needs, she was very transparent about updates daily with many fun photos. She was most professional and respectful of our home during the drop in visits and most importantly the pets really liked Katarinna from day one of the meet & greet with them. We will hopefully be able to again book with Katarinna & highly recommend her pet sitting services.
She went above and beyond with taking care of our 4 Maine Coons while we were out of town. She even saved us when my husband forgot to pause his weekly meal plan order and she was able to bring it inside and put it away in the freezer for us. We received tons of photos and our furry boys were happy and content when we got home. It was a smooth stress free vacation for us knowing the boys were in such good hands.
