Trained & Experienced Foster!
Hi! I'm a trained pet foster experienced with dogs and cats (with specialized training for cats) My specialized cat training includes socialization, weight loss exercise, kitten care, and administering medicine orally & through an inhaler. I have trained 3 dogs in my life whom all had specialized needs (a standard goldendoodle, a disabled mixed breed, and a portugese water dog). I've also looked after the dogs of family and friends throughout my life! I also have experience with small animals :)

This was our first time using Kat for our two dogs and she was wonderful! Great communicator and left our house in perfect shape. Would love to book her again!
Kat was fantastic with our fur babies! The communication and photo updates were frequent and they treated our babies fantastic, including outings for our little man, Yogi Martin! Kat was understanding when our flight was delayed and we were a little late picking them up. Overall this was a fantastic boarding experience and should we need similar services again we would definitely rebook! If you're nervous about leaving your pets with someone, I recommend Kat!

Kat was amazing! They were so great with my timid rescue dog and were super patient with him! They sent photo updates daily and I felt like he was well taken care of. He also had medicine to be administered and Kat kept me informed of any progress or issues. Would definitely recommend them!!
Kat was great. She's clearly comfortable with dogs and took Grace's quirks in stride. Grace is a shelter pup still building trust, and Kat won her over completely by the end of the stay. The house was in good shape when I got home. Gracie would be thrilled to have her over again.
So grateful to have found Kat — a trusted house sitter is SO hard to find! They communicated daily, sent photos, ensured medications were given on schedule, brought our dog on adventures to the park, and left our home clean to return to. They even went above and beyond with a few extra household needs. No notes! We already rebooked for another stay.

Schedule
I work from home as a case manager and do home visits for my clients that I schedule ahead of time- my day job does not involve days in the office or last-minute trips!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment with a dog park in the apartment complex, and am less than a mile from several dog parks! I love a good lap dog, but can also provide free time in dog parks for several hours each day!

A typical day
I am a huge fan of mental stimulation for both dogs and cats! Both of my cats know several tricks, and with enough time I'd love to leave your pet with a trick that the two of you can practice later, plus lots of time outside if they want it!
