Cassidy is wonderful! We've booked her several times with our fur babies and will definitely keep using her services.

I truly wish I could leave a positive review for Kassidy, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Before leaving for vacation, I provided clear instructions that our husky needed to be walked daily. After several days away, we checked our outdoor cameras and discovered our puppy had not been walked at all for the first three days. I reached out to Kassidy and reiterated the importance of the daily walks. After that conversation, the walks resumed, but they lasted only about 15 minutes each day. Anyone familiar with huskies knows that level of exercise is simply not enough for such a high-energy breed. When we returned home, we were also disappointed by the condition of the house. We left it spotless before our trip, but came back to a messy kitchen with greasy pots and pans left out on the countertops unwashed. There was also excessive dog hair throughout the home. While I did not specifically leave instructions to vacuum, I expected a reasonable level of cleanliness from someone providing house-sitting and pet-sitting services. Kassidy was polite and respectful during our initial meeting, and I do believe she is a nice person. However, the level of care provided for both our dog and our home fell far below our expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not use her services again. I also hope Rover takes reviews like this seriously when evaluating the sitters they approve and promote. Also we wrote that we would’ve home after 5PM on the last day. Not only did we pay for this day but I expected the house and our puppy to be looked after until we got home. Kassidy left the house at 7AM that morning and never returned. So very disappointing! With that being said, we will be leaving a one star review at best and no tip.

Kassidy loves my dogs like they were her own and she did a great job.

Kassidy has taken such wonderful care of my pets and always treats them like her own. I trust her completely to keep them safe, happy, and loved. She’s kind, dependable, and communicates so well that I always feel at ease when she’s caring for them. Kassidy is truly an awesome human being, and anyone would be lucky to have her care for their pets.

I have pet sat with her many times. She is wonderful and works for a great price. I 100% recommend her for your furry friends.
