My husband and I used Rover for the first time during a trip to Europe, and we were lucky enough to find Kassidy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She went above and beyond to make sure our two cats were comfortable and well cared for, including daily playtime and even handling an unexpected bathroom cleanup. One of our cats is quite shy, but she came out of her shell much more than we would typically expect, while our more outgoing cat simply adored Kassidy—cuddles and all! I’m also a pretty anxious cat mom, and Kassidy did everything possible to put us at ease. She responded to every message right away, followed all of our instructions, offered to do more than was required, and sent detailed daily updates and photos of BOTH cats without us ever having to ask. We felt completely confident that they were safe, happy, and receiving plenty of attention while we were away. We will absolutely be booking Kassidy again in the future and couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a thoughtful, responsible, and genuinely caring pet sitter.
