I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend!

I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.

A typical day
For dogs: I love mixing up walks with a little extra playtime — fetch or tug in the yard, practicing basic commands or tricks they already know (keeps their mind engaged, not just their legs), and letting them sniff around at their own pace since that's mentally tiring in a good way. If a pup is high-energy, I'll work in a bit of a "sniff walk" or a longer loop; if they're more low-key, we'll do gentle play and lots of cuddle time instead. For cats: I take my cues from the cat — some want interactive play with a wand toy or laser pointer, others just want a quiet lap to sit on or a warm spot to be near me while I read or work. I'll rotate toys to keep things interesting and always leave time for brushing if that's something they enjoy. Overall, I match the activity to the individual pet's energy and personality rather than a one-size-fits-all routine, and I always follow any specific guidelines you give me about what they're allowed to do (off-leash time, rough play, etc.).
