Hello! My name is Kassie and I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life. My parents bred and showed Afghan Hounds. Over time, we switched to English Springer Spaniels where I witnessed my first puppy delivery and learned basic care as a 6-year old with my parent's guidance. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and worked in Clinical Research for a few years before having my son and deciding to be a Stay-At-Home Mom. I have a fairly flexible schedule because of this. Oftentimes, my son and/or daughter will be with me and so I would like to help take care of animals that are not aggressive toward young children. I have experience taking care of dogs, horses, and cats. Outside of my personal animals growing up, I worked in a boarding facility adjacent to a veterinarian office where I attained further knowledge and experience. I house/dog sat in my teenage years and also helped a neighbor walk her dogs Monday-Friday. I'm comfortable administering oral medications. I absolutely love animals and will gladly spend time with your fur babies to keep them as happy and comfortable as possible while you're away. I have high expectations for those caring for my animals and so I hold myself to those same standards caring for yours.
