Special note for 2027: Due to rising costs I will be raising my rates by $5-10 starting Jan 1. Specializing in high energy, high-anxiety or shy pets, senior pets, multi-species chaos as well as those animals that are just used to having you around the house (Homemakers/Remote/WFH/Retired). Hi! I'm Kassandra, home-sitter, animal whisperer, and hopefully, your pet's new favorite human while you're away. Whether it's long, ambling walks, custom "Sniffari's" or cuddle routines, or managing anxiety and meds with a calm hand, I bring mindfulness, empathy, and a little bit of magic to every stay. I believe pet care is personal, not one-size-fits-all, and I pride myself on tailoring every visit to suit your animal's needs (and quirks). I send two to three updates daily, including photos (even the occasional haiku), respect your space like it's my own, and ensure that you return to happy pets and your home - exactly how you left it (or better). Let's give them a vacation too!

I'll stick to the routines set up for your pet(s) and follow any specific care instructions you may have, including administering any medications. I know what it's like to be away from a pet and so am also happy to provide regular updates, including photos.

Kassandra was attentive and responsive. She did a great job to make our dogs feel comfortable. She made sure they got their daily walks and helped them stick to their normal routine which was appreciated.
Kassandra was amazing staying with our dog while we traveled internationally. She kept in contact daily with many photos and videos and updates. Kassandra even went above and beyond taking our dog to urgent care when she had several days of diarrhea while we were gone. She was respectful of our apartment and even arranged toys in our dog's bed on the last day before we returned, which was super cute. She was on top of our dog's medications the whole time too! 100% will book her again and recommend her!

Kassandra took great care of our dog and our home while we were away! I appreciated knowing he got a good walk every day and that someone was there with him. We would definitely ask Kassandra to watch Teddy again!

Schedule
I moved to East Wenatchee a couple years ago, starting over, after living & teaching overseas for many years. I work remotely, recording & live-streaming audio books and am available for pet sitting in your home, weekdays or weekends.
