Mostly I just like to know their general preferences and habits. For example, do they enjoy meeting new people and want pets right away? Or will I need to gain their trust first? Are they runners so I should make sure to be extra careful when opening the door? Do they have any food allergies? Basically, if there are any surprises to look out for, just let me know!
A typical day
I prioritize what your dogs think is fun. If they're outdoorsy little hunters like mine, then we hit a forest preserve or maybe take a walk through the neighborhood. If they're couch surfers that like to just chill out or have something to chew on, then that's the plan. Whatever their pleasure, we'll work to make it happen!

Pet care experience
Hi there! I was a nanny for almost twenty years before the pandemic hit, but that career felt a bit too dangerous once it sunk in that COVID wasn't going anywhere. In conjunction with my nannying, I did lots of dog care over the years. I never realized how much I'd already done until it became my full time focus in 2020. Now I can't imagine doing anything else!
