I grew up with both dogs and cats and have always had a natural love for animals. I have a calm and patient presence around animals and love getting to know each pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. I currently don’t have any pets of my own, so caring for yours truly brings me so much joy! Whether we’re going for a walk, playing, or relaxing at home, my goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m happy to follow their usual routine and any special instructions, and I’ll send plenty of photo updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I’m also always happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand so I can get to know you and your pet and make sure everyone feels comfortable. 🐾

Schedule
I work part-time as a Stage Manager, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I’m available during the daytime on weekdays, making my schedule a great fit for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and keeping your pets company while you’re at work or away.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. I don’t have pets of my own, but I live in a multi-family home where the other the residents have dogs in a completely separate living space. Their dogs will not share a space with your pet. Please let me know how your dog reacts to seeing or hearing other dogs so I can make sure they feel comfortable and safe during their stay. On walks, dogs stay securely leashed, and I avoid unfamiliar dogs unless discussed with you beforehand. I’ll always follow your pet’s normal routine, feeding, medication, and care instructions. Communication is important to me! After walks, I’ll send a photo and update. For boarding, you’ll receive updates twice a day with photos and videos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I’m happy to tailor our activities to your dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. If your dog is active and loves adventure, we can play fetch, enjoy longer walks, or even go on a hike. If your dog prefers a more relaxed pace, we can take leisurely walks, spend time outside, or simply enjoy some playtime and cuddles at home. My goal is to make sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and having fun while keeping their normal routine in mind!

- Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know about their normal routine, personality, energy level, feeding schedule, and any medications or special needs. Please also let me know how they behave around other dogs, people, and children, as well as any fears, triggers, allergies, or behaviors I should be aware of. The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while in my care.
