Prior to beginning my current job, I had been exclusively working with animals, management and care, including two farms with horses, goats, cats, chickens, and dogs. I currently work a very flexible schedule, where I work from home 3/5 days a week. My weekends are generally free when I am not traveling for one of my other side hustles! The remainder of my time is open for me to enjoy my own pets and be a resource for other owners who need their furry friends taken care of.

I do not offer in home boarding out of enhanced safety precautions with my own dog. I limit how many bookings I have at once so I can dedicate time to getting to know your pets and spending adequate time with them. I will never bring another animal with me for a drop in/walk visit. I am also very experienced in wound/injury care.

I have no breed preferences, as long as they are friendly and like to cuddle! I only ask for owners to be as open and honest about their pets behavior. A negative trait does not necessarily mean I will reject a booking!
A typical day
The neighborhood in which I live has miles of trails and multiple dog parks. I also enjoy going on hikes, and I love having a buddy with me. I am a fitness guru so if a pup can follow me, that's a major plus!

Pet care experience
I am a loving and experienced animal advocate. I graduated in 2016 with a degree in Exercise Science, and in 2021 with a Masters degree in Public Health. Between age 9-18, I was an active member in my local 4-H club, but my pet experience began long before then beginning with my very first pet; a Grey shorthair named Smokey! I have owned 5 dogs, 4 cats, and 3 horses since age 7. Currently, I have a thoroughbred horse named Ray, a husky mix and two cats. I even had a hedgehog at one time! I have extensive experience with many animals of all shapes and sizes. The first thing that attracts me to a person while out and about is their dog! I am flexible and have super reliable transportation (my own vehicle). I love all animals and I treat them as my own. Feel free to ask any questions or inquire about future care of your furry friends!

Okay, here's a review you can use for your cat sitter: I can't say enough good things about Kasenia! Leaving my cats with someone is always a little stressful, but she put my mind completely at ease. Kasenia sent me daily updates and photos, and it was clear my cats were getting lots of love and attention. I came home to a happy and relaxed cats. Highly recommend!
Kasenia was wonderful! She was very flexible when I had to change my dates a bit but most importantly my cat LOVED her! Will definitely book with Kasenia again!
Kasenia has been the best pet sitter I’ve ever found on this app! She did an absolutely stellar job caring for my kitty, and made sure to spend time with him and play with him during every visit. My kitty also takes medication and she kept to his schedule with no problems and updated me with every Rover card that he’d gotten his meds. Such a small thing but really gave me peace of mind. I will certainly be hiring her in the future!
Finding Kasenia was like finding a rare gem! This was the first time we ever left our pooches . She was great! She took care of our doggies like they were her own! We felt so safe with her watching our dogs! All I can say is thank you to her! I would recommend her to anyone, she is truly a wonderful person! If you had one million stars I would give her everyone of them!
