It’s especially important for us to know about any dietary requirements, allergies, medications, or health conditions so we can care for them properly. Details about their walking habits, energy levels, behaviour around other dogs, and anything that helps them feel settled are also really helpful. Our goal is to make your dog feel at home, so the more we know ahead of time, the better we can tailor their care to suit them.

A typical day with us includes plenty of fresh air, play, and relaxed time to settle in. We enjoy getting outside and exploring, so dogs staying with us will have regular walks and opportunities to explore the local parks and green spaces. We’re right next to Langdon Park, River side and Bushy Park, which offers endless space for safe walks, new smells, and adventures. At home, we like to keep dogs engaged with games like fetch, tug, and playful routines that help burn off energy in a fun way. Because we’re quite active people ourselves, we enjoy making playtime part of the day and adjusting it depending on your dog’s personality and energy level. We can also set up sensory and enrichment activities to keep dogs mentally stimulated throughout the day, using safe toys and a range of natural treats. Alongside the fun, there’s always plenty of calm time too, so dogs can relax, nap, and feel comfortable as part of the home especially with our underfloor heating which dogs love!
