I love all pets!
I graduated from UC Davis, California and worked in San Jose, California where I had most of my previous dog sitting clients. I recently moved to St Louis for graduate school and was hoping to continue dog sitting while here! I have adored dogs for as long as I can remember, and have a beautiful golden retriever for 5+ years at my parents house. I have stayed over at a friends' house to take care of their 2 medium sized dogs- a Labrador and a mixed-breed rescue of theirs. I don't have my own place so I cannot have my own dog, but I will take care of your dog like it was my own! I will run with it for as long as it wants, play with it and calm it down if there's a storm outside. And of course, your house, your rules. If you say no to the dog sitting on the furniture, there will be no sitting on the furniture.

I won't be able to accept pets in my apartment currently. But while we're at your home, we abide by your rules. If taking care of dogs at your house, I typically like to go over rules such as which rooms/ couches are they allowed on and what water do you want them drinking etc. When taking them for a walk, if there's particular routes you'd rather we take or avoid, I like to go over those as well!

Our dog loves Kartik - this is the 3rd time he has watched our dog over the weekend and our dog is well cared for with lots of walks and attention.
Kartik did an excellent job taking care of our two dogs & home. He is excellent with communications & updates. We look forward to him returning again soon! #highlyrecommend!

Karthik watched my dog Reggie on short notice and I couldn’t be happier with his service! He kept me in constant communication about how she was doing and sent frequent photo updates. Highly recommend Karthik if you’re looking for a trust-worthy sitter!
At the meet and great, our dog was calm and happy to meet Kartik. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog under the care of Kartik. he kept us updated with photos and descriptions of our dog’s day. And, he handled unexpected construction in our house with aplomb. We hope to book Kartik again.
Kartik was terrific! He kept us up to date on what Jack was doing and sent plenty of pictures. He took great care of Jack and of our house. We really appreciate his wonderful service. We definitely never had to worry about how Jack was. Jack looks forward to seeing Kartik again.

Harmonogram
I'm currently in grad school, so it gets busy but is also flexible. But rest assured, I won't accept a dog sitting stay unless I'm certain I can give the appropriate care and exercise to your dog!
