25 years of experience with cats
I have lived with cats in our family since I was 6 years old. During my early university years, I volunteered at a cat shelter for two years, where I fed and combed the cats, cleaned after them, gave them medicine (only orally, no experience with injections) and socialised with them through play and petting. I have been a replacement home for 7 shelter cats and found them all good forever homes. I am well-aware of the main social cues and body language of cats, how to approach them and when to leave them be. I have experience with cats with a wide variety of personalities, from cuddly babies to feral cats - I have love and care to offer to them all. I am also aware of cat-specific health problems and some possible signs of them, and I've worked with cats of very different ages.

I will care for your pet according to your wishes and follow your instructions closely. I like to take some time to get to know a pet, and let them have the opportunity to get to know me. I usually adjust my care to the personality of the pet, while making sure to follow their normal routine and rules set by the owner.

Schedule
I'm a master's student and my schedule is quite flexible around the week. I'm usually available for walks in the morning and evenings, but depending on availability might also be able to spend more time socialising with your furry friend. I often have weekends available for house-sitting.
