She took fantastic care of my cat, even got her to come out from under the bed, which is amazing, and I felt like I had no worries with her there to take care of Buddy! Karsyn was amazing — she was on time for the schedule we wanted and sent great pictures that let us know the dogs were doing well .. house looked like it did when we left and everyone was happy — highly recommend and will definitely try to rebook with her for future trips
