Teacher Who Loves Dogs!

Note: multiple dogs from the same house are accepted. I have a passion for caring for animals, and enjoy spending time with any dog! I became a sitter with Rover in the summer of 2018. I have had several dogs growing up, have looked after pets for family/friends/neighbors, and adore my own dog named Lily. I am certified in Pet First Aid through WALKS 'N' WAGS. I work full time during the week. I am willing to apply any current training techniques you are using on walks and visits. I am also willing to provide light or heavier exercise for your pup, as well as learn about special needs and care your dog might need. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pets! Please provide full, complete, and honest details about your dog/dogs and their behaviour in your home and when left with a sitter. This helps us both ensure that your pets, and mine, will have a great experience while staying in our home. *Important update* If you have never left your dog with a sitter before and don’t know their reaction to your absence it is best to provide a kennel so that anxious/destructive behaviours do not occur in our home. If you have any questions please ask. Walking and Drop-In rates can be reduced depending on your location. These rates are higher since they typically require driving time/mileage. A portion of my earnings go towards animal welfare organizations within Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

A typical day

Typically we enjoy two walks a day, unless the weather is extra terrible. My dog typically loves to play with other dogs. We can play fetch in the backyard or in a larger fenced area during longer stays. Dog walking - Let me know where you would prefer to have your dog walked, or we can enjoy the nearest park or neighborhood.
