When my dog,Millie, first met Karrie I could have sworn she recognized Karrie as a long lost friend! Karrie welcomed my Millie into her home and sent me pictures of Millie looking extremely relaxed and tired from all her exercise. Karrie is a confident and capable dog sitter and very kind. This helped us relax and enjoy our Christmas ! We look forward to scheduling with her again! Thank you.

First time using this site. At first it seemed good. Karrie sent some pics and text me updates. When I went to pick my dog up at the scheduled time, she was not there. I called and text with no response. I contacted rover and they didn’t get a response from her either. We had to be at an event two hours away so we left. Several hours later she responded. She then said she would bring our dog to us which was two hours away. Three hours later no response no dog. Then she told us she’s in route and would be there in two hours or so. She finally dropped our dog off to us 730 at night. Super inconvenient. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend her. Rovers response to the situation was poor. They told me fo keep trying to communicate with her and would not refund any money or give us a credit for future use. I thought Karrie was keeping our dog hostage (heard of this happening) for more money. It at least felt like it. Poor all around.
