Availability
I am retiring as a Nanny and I am reactivating my Rover account. I can take care of your pups in my home while you are away. No crates, just cuddles. I'm also available to come to your home to care for your pets, whether for daily walks or around-the-clock care. I care for cats as well as dogs. While I am in your home, I will also bring in your mail/packages, water your plants, and bring in or take out your trash bins.

I have a fenced-in yard area. I will never leave your pups in the yard alone. I always sit with them. I can take them for daily walks as well. I don't use crates/kennels in my home. Your pet will be treated as my two Maltese dogs are.

Information Karri M. would like to know about your pet
I am fully trained in caring for special needs pets. I can give medications, care for pets who are diabetic (testing and medication) , and caring for any dietary needs. I feed my girls The Farmer's Dog food, so I know the importance of keeping your pets food separate.
A typical day
A typical day in my home is probably the same as yours. My two Maltese pups get me up at 6:00am at the latest. I feed them and then take them out. We then go for a walk through my neighborhood if the weather allows. In the warmer months, we walk in the morning, and in the cooler months we’ll walk in the afternoon. My girls are used to having other dogs in our home. I have a king-sized bed and they are so kind as to allow me just enough room to sleep. Your pups are welcomed to join us.

Pet care experience
I had a pet-sitting service for 15 years, and then I started caring for dogs in my home through Dog Vacay. I took a break to care for my ailing mother and then I became a Nanny to a newborn boy. He is now 4 years old and my services are no longer needed. I am also a missionary to Uganda. I've been helping with a woman's ministry since 2016, I can not be idle, so I'm reactivating my Rover profile so that I can care for dogs in my home, or care for cats and dogs in your home. When I care for dogs in my home, they are treated as family. No crates, just cuddles.

Reviews

Karri is wonderful! She took such good care of Juniper. She sent daily updates and pictures. We would definitely use her services again.

Karri is awesome! Very caring; great communication. I never worried that my pup was in good hands. She took special care to ensure my pet was well cared for and helped her through separation anxiety.

Karri is very accommodating and is wonderful to use for our pet care needs. She is communicative and kind, and we appreciate knowing she’s giving our dog care and attention when we aren’t able to!

Karri is wonderful and kind! She loves animals and provided excellent care for our dog. She is flexible and easy to schedule, and is highly recommended.
