I have no breed preference. The dog has to get along with other dogs and should be crate trained. I do allow them to sleep in my bed, if that is what they are used to. I prefer them to be reliably housebroken, puppies are excluded, but I will work with them while they are at my house.
Ein typischer Tag
We can walk around my five acre farm, weather permitting. We can play ball and tug, or just sit on the couch and snuggle. I do have 3 young dogs that love to play.

I am a retired veterinary technician and have been dog sitting in my home for over 20 years. I love all breeds of dogs, but prefer the smaller breeds. I will take care of laid back or older large dog breeds. I am available most holidays. I live on a hobby farm with my husband and adult son, and have 4 dogs and various farm animals. I am retired and usually home. I will take care of puppies that aren’t spayed/neutered. My dogs get along well with other dogs. I also have experience with diabetic dogs and can give insulin injections and oral medication. I have a fenced in area and can also go for walks. I look forward to hearing from you and am happy to answer any question you may have.

Karri is great! We are always at ease when she is taking care of Ben. She is caring and very attentive to his needs due to his age. We would recommend her to anyone looking for pet sitting.
Kari was awesome with my dog. She provided updates and kept in good communication. She even vaccumes the house before I got home! Highly recommend her.
Karri was great with our elderly dog while we were gone for a week. She stayed in our home and took care of him like he was her own. She went over and above in taking care of Ben. He has ongoing health issues that can change very quickly and she easily adapted to his needs, gave meds and even completed ear cleanings when needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter. We will not hesitate to have Karri stay with Ben again.
