Hi, I’m Karolina! If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet as if they were my own, I’d love to help. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve owned both a Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix and a Miniature Pinscher mix, so I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re a gentle giant, a little bundle of personality, or somewhere in between. I also worked in an animal shelter, where I cared for animals of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. My role included walking, feeding and transporting animals, caring for dogs recovering from surgery, helping new arrivals settle in and providing day-to-day care. Some dogs were full of confidence, while others were nervous, reactive or very high-energy and needed more patience, space and understanding. That experience taught me how important it is to adapt to each animal rather than expecting every dog to behave in the same way. I’m comfortable caring for reactive and high-energy dogs and understand that certain situations — such as meeting other dogs, runners, cyclists or being somewhere busy — can be challenging for them. I’m happy to follow the routines, boundaries and training methods you already use, and I’ll always work at your dog’s pace rather than putting them into situations they’re uncomfortable with. Alongside this, I’ve looked after dogs through BorrowMyDoggy and spent three years living with and helping care for a Cocker Spaniel and a Westie. Caring for animals has never felt like a job to me — it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I understand how difficult it can be to leave your pet with someone else. That’s why I’ll take the time to learn their routine, get to know their personality and make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while you’re away. Whether they need long walks and lots of activity, a little extra patience, or simply someone to curl up with on the sofa, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. I’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you’ll always know how they’re getting on. Karolina looked after our Hungarian Vislar Carrot for 3 nights, Carrot can be a nervous dog to begin with, however Karolina came and met Carrot beforehand and we went on a brief walk. During her time with Carrot over the 3 days, she sent multiple updates with photos and on there walks & Carrot seemed chilled and like he had a fab time whilst we enjoyed our short break. Thanks again Karolina.
Karolina has helped me from time to time when Ive gone on holiday and looked after my 2 Sphynx cats and also my Boa constrictor. She sticks to their schedule, ask many questions on how best to proceed with their routine. She interacts with them very well and shows them all love and affection, which is very comforting to have as its nerve-wracking when I'm away from my animals.
Karolina is a very warm and and welcoming person who has a very strong passion for animals of all shapes and sizes and helps out wherever she can. A truly happy, friendly and chatty soul with dedication for caring for animals regardless of the task. She would personally be the first person I’d contact if I needed my fluffy friends to have a sitter for the day/week as I know they’d be in good hands!
Karolina was the perfect choice to look after our cat while we were away last Christmas - and he’s not a very easy boy to please! Not only did she take care of our Bug so well, she was also very friendly and polite, a great communicator and kept us updated without disturbing us, and she was very respectful of our home. She even bought Bug some extra treats and new toys to play with which was incredibly generous! We recommend Karolina to all our friends who need pet-sitters and we recommend her to you too.
Karolina looked after my Labrador, Kita, for a week while I was away, and she was amazing. Kita absolutely loved her, and it was clear she was well looked after, with plenty of walks, attention, and cuddles. Karolina kept me updated throughout the week, which made it so much easier being away. I came home to a happy dog and a spotless house. I wouldn’t trust just anyone with Kita, but I’d happily ask Karolina again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals.

Schedule
I currently work in hospitality, so my schedule varies and often gives me extra flexibility throughout the week. In my free time, I love being outdoors and spending time with animals, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit or overnight care, I’ll make sure your pet receives plenty of love, attention and care.
