Karolina was amazing. It was my first time leaving my puppy, and I felt completely at ease. She took the time beforehand to ask about my puppy’s routine, which really showed how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. She was flexible, kept in regular contact with updates throughout the day, and my puppy looked like she had the best time! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again ☺️
