A typical day
Depending on the breed, I will play with the animal and pet it a lot. I like to be active and go jogging regularly. So, short sprints can be incorporated into walks with active dogs. I like to challenge dogs mentally, whether it's training them to follow commands or playing search games (indoors and outdoors).

Caressing animals (especially dogs and cats) is like meditation to me. It reminds me of the essentials and grounds me. My family had a dog for 16 years. We cared about him all together but when my parents were on holiday I looked after him alone. 2023 I was on a Sabbatical traveling Southeast Asia and South America. I got the chance to sit a dog (and apartment) in Singapore and volunteered in an animal shelter for dogs and cats in Columbia. The last 1,5 years I lived in Toulouse (France). I took care of a friend's cat and dog and the neighbor's cat there.
